I am back....

I already went on holiday this year and it is only Tuesday January 13, 2015.  I went on a cruise ship. It was my  first time on a big boat.  I got home Sunday and still feel like I am on the ship. I think I lost both my land and sea legs and have something in between. I found out that I do not cruise well.  Make the rocking stop please.
Other than the swaying,  I had a great time. I got to see places and experience things I had never seen before. I was so excited... I got to see Mayan Ruins. I loved it! It is not a dull moment on the ship or off.  There were all sorts of  trivia, dance lessons, exercise lessons and a show every night.
This got me thinking. There must be books out there about cruises. So when I got home I checked the Library Catalogue.
The library got the brand new Berlitz travel guide on cruising.

Then I thought; are there any fiction books on cruises? I don't really want a travel guide for another cruise yet. I want to get off the last one. I was quite surprised, the library has quite a few books.

Killer Cruise by Laura Levine

Sailing to Capri by Elizabeth Adler

Plague Ship by Clive Cussler

The Powertrip by Jackie Collins

Murder Walks the Plank by Caroly Heart

Santa Cruise by Mary Higgins Clark

Dreamboat by Judith Gould

 Burn by Linda Howard

 Still Summer by Jacquelyn Mitchard

You Belong to Me by Mary Higgins Clark

Deadman Docking by Mary Daheim

Pirate Alley by Stephan Coonts

Panning for Murder:  a murder she wrote mystery by Jessica Fletcher

I think my next cruise will be an armchair travel kind with one of these books in the list.

Happy Cruising!
